IIP Foundation is a well-established non-profit organization that acts as a community resource for photography education. We run skill enhancement programs for Youth that use photography to enhance their overall academics and life experience.
The government as well as various independent survey reports clearly tell that more than 65 million children in the age group of 5-12 years do not attend school. This is the situation in a country where the government has made education for children a fundamental right. IIP Foundation India makes untiring efforts with all its might and resources for the education of children who are deprived of it. The Foundation strongly believes that educated children are the key to a bright future and they can play a vital role in taking the nation ahead. IIP Foundation India is determined to go a long way in providing educational opportunities for children who would otherwise be left behind without exercising their right for education.
We, at IIP Foundation, dream of a world where each and every underprivileged child realizes full potential to give the nation his or her significant contribution. Keeping in view the same, IIP Foundation supports Smile Foundation that has been working remarkably under its Mission Education program that aims to place as many out-of-school children as possible under the ambit of education, through a country-wide network of remedial education centers. So far, Mission Education has benefitted more than 200,000 underprivileged children across India.

Recently, The Foundation organized such a workshop for Nai Disha Free Education Society, Sector-29, Noida by providing underprivileged children with innovative and market-focused photography training. The core idea behind this workshop was to nurture young minds who are keen to learn the tricks and techniques of photography. It was entirely a children-centric workshop where they enjoyed learning camera handling and other basics of photography.
